DIRECT APPEAL CAMPAIGN

PPGC's educational programs empower individuals and communities by providing fact based, nonjudgmental information. Our Spring 2023 direct appeal campaign sought to connect donors to these vital initiatives.

This fundraising campaign consisted of a direct mail suite (letter, response device, and envelopes), a series of emails, and a follow-up postcard.

Messaging was customized to donors' home state (Texas or Louisiana). Letters and response devices included variable fields for targeted ask amounts.


A series of three emails were sent to the same recipients, with those who donated earlier in the campaign suppressed from subsequent messages. These emails were also individualized for ask amounts, as were the suggested levels on the linked online donation form.
